25 Things
This was a Facebook "exercise" but I'm bringing it to blogland.
Rules: Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged.
1. I am not tagging anyone... if you need inspiration to write, TAG you're it.
2. I feel blessed that so many of my Facebook friends had the confidence that I would be a good candidate for this 25 things crap.
3. Should I take that as a compliment or an insult? Is it because you love me or because I notoriously like to talk about myself so much that you selected me?
4. I am nearing clinical seasonal depression. This winter has been utterly brutal.
5. Thankfully, in 9 days, we (as in Kev and me, not YOU and me) are going to Florida for 9 days. (And no, I cannot take you with me.)
6. I am in a cynical mood today, sort of mad at the world.
7. I am seriously thinking of becoming a teacher... of the littlest kids... elementary, if you will.
8. Cynicism doesn't work in elementary ed, does it?
9. IN CASE you missed the memo, I am pregnant.
10. Yes, KEVIN is the father.
12. Holy moses - I am going to be a Mom.
13. I really need to listen to more music. I've been neglecting my collection.
14. I think Biggest Loser should do a post-partum series.
15. My love for vodka has been transferred to a love for lemonade.
16. Does that make me less of a rock star?
17. Speaking of rock star, I think I felt the baby move for the first time at the Killers show the other night. My baby likes to rock.
18. Apparently... I = breeder of future rock stars.
19. No, I will not carry YOUR children.
20. I really MISS running outside. Actually, scratch that. I miss running in general. I've resorted to less intensive exercise during my pregnancy... such as remote clicking, phone chatting, and lemonade lifting. (I kid... I'm still hitting the gym!)
21. Ah, 21... a birthday I'll never remember.
22. I am learning how to knit - I start next week with a lesson from a pro.
23. Knitting + lemonade = one heckuva party animal.
24. Speaking of animal, Nala the Dog is very excited about becoming a big Sister.
25. 25 is a good number... in fact, on April two five (25th) this year, I will be 30. Ghasp!

Your b-day is very close to mine. I'm April 22nd. But I will be 31 then.
And yes, soemthing about pregnancy makes lemonade the most delish substance on earth! I too am loving it.
I am in SAD mode too...I never used to be so affected by the weather. Once I moved from CA, I am most definitely affected by the seasons.
Happy pregnancy! Glad to hear you're still hittin' the gym...there is hope for me if I'm ever preggers.

Ooh, one of those mad-at-the-world, I-should-teach-preschool days. Glad the trip to Florida is coming up.
